How many people can you accomodate for a wedding?

Do you host wedding ceremonies?
Yes, we have on-site locations for ceremonies.
What are your fees and what is included?
Our fees range from approximately $6000-$8500, depending on the size and location of the event, and include the site fee (use of premises), valet/parking/security, use of patio tables & chairs for cocktail hour, and day-of event coordination fees. A lovely white ceremonial arbor and white benches are included as well if you so choose to utilize them. Our fee does not include catering, tents or rentals.
Who provides the catering?
We are strictly the winery and are not allowed to prepare or provide food. We have a terrific list of professional caterers who will manage that aspect of your event (food, servers, bartenders, etc.). We also have an extensive list of other vendors such as tent companies, photographers, florists, etc. and local accomodations that we will provide upon request.
Do you have indoor accomodations?
We do not. Our events are held outdoors and tented.
What time of year can you host events?
Since our events are held outdoors, we recommend booking between late May and early October.
Are there time and noise restrictions?
Receptions must begin by 5pm. Southold Town Noise Ordinance states that amplified music must end at 10pm. All guests must be cleared from the premises by 10:30pm.
Can liquor be served at your events?
Beer, hard alcohol, soft drinks, mixers and ice are permitted but must be arranged through one of our approved caterers. The wine served must be ours, and may be purchased directly from us.
Is it necessary to rent portable restrooms?
No, our Tasting Room facilities may be used.
When are the grapes most beautiful for photographs?
The vines are green from late May/early June through October, and are most lush and fruitful from August through September, depending on vintage and on the time of harvest.
